The Come As You Are (CAYA) Method is a collection of holistic creative strategy services & deliverables offered by our senior team members with formal degrees in Media & Information Systems. The CAYA Method aims to help businesses create frameworks and systems to present authentic, value-based, & engaging brands. This is a FUN approach to doing content - that isn't fake, cringey, or unnatural. In fact, it's the exact opposite - real, engaging and authentic! This Workshop version of the CAYA Method is designed to take small to medium teams (3-10 people) through the consultative and creative process of establishing your brand's foundation of core beliefs & values, building a framework for the brand based on it's position relative to the market and other stakeholders, refining the brand's finishes, it's visual & aesthetic structure, and finally, developing a content system that allows your brand to represent itself truly. After the workshop, you'll get a full Brand Storyboard, encompassing your Foundation, Framework, Finishes & Storytelling strategies. Our vision is to build holistic creative strategies and systems to help businesses and individuals to show up and grow up online authentically, sustainably and valuably. What do we mean by some of those words? 'holistic' - taking into account the whole unit and it's place in it's environment 'show up' - for themselves, for their customers, for their team! 'grow up' - not feel restricted by guidelines or previous brand elements!
